You have:
A laptop/netbook
OS: win7

Why it happened:
Check what services are running,
Ctrl alt del
Task manager
Right click on svchost.exe
Choose services

If you see that multiple services are running and mostly are from the network group, then most probably this is caused by the automatic windows updates.

You hardly ever updated your windows before and you almost never maintain your system.
The windows automatic updates downloaded too many updates at one time.
When it was trying to download or install the updates there was interruptions e.g your computer was turned off unexpectedly/ the internet connection was unstable.

This may caused corruption in the windows updates files.

The easiest temporary solution is to kill the svchost.exe process that is hogging ur CPU in task manager, but this won't solve the problem in the long term.

Another solution is to install a new clean win7 OS. When you buy a laptop/netbook from certain manufacturers, the OS are cluttered with lots of shitty programs from said manufacturers that will run in the background and hog down your system.
For example, when i bought my vaio netbook there were up to 7 useless vaio default programs that runs during startup.
Such as:"easy networking" which is so stupid because it is just a program that shows u a small window to turn on and off wifi n bluetooth. You don't need it, u can do it in windows and this program is using memory. Especially with a netbook, u have limited CPU n memory, you have not the luxury to waste resources on stupid programs.

Another way to solve this is by downloading iobit uninstaller and uninstall all the default stupid programs. This uninstaller uninstall the programs and ALSO remove the registry and remaining files in your computer to ensure a really clean uninstallation. If you want you can even wipe them permanently from your harddisk so like it has never been installed in your computer.

[You must understand that although u have uninstalled a program, the files can always be retrieved later on from your harddisk and your computer memorizes them in the registry. So a clean uninstallation must be made everytime to avoid conflicts.]

Another solution to solve this problem is by fixing the corruption:

Ctrl R
Type services.msc
Type w
Scroll to windows automatic updates
Disable it
Go to my computer> windows
Type s
Scroll to softwaredistribution folder
Rename it softwaredistributionOLD
Go back to services
Turn the windows automatic updates back on
Reboot your conputer

In this way windows will be forced to recreate a new folder for the window updates and download new files, this solves the corruptions.

Even with my 25mbps internet connection speed with LAN cable can take me an hour or more for just one 15 mins video.

So i googled and did researches.

Some author are just plain stupid and will tell you the reason why your upload is slow is because you have a slow internet connection speed.
I mean what the fuck, even a moron know that a slow internet connection will give you slow uploads.

I hate these kinds of moronic authors that writes about techs like they are an expert.

Some authors will also tell you that if you browse the internet while uploading a video in facebook will actually eats up your bandwidth, which excuse me but it is bullshit.

Unless you are downloading something at the same time or uploading other videos at the same time or you have a fucking super slow internet, it should not be a problem.
I have even tested that listening to music videos in youtube while uploading videos in facebook does not change the turtle upload speed.
It is still turtle. Not worse. Just a turtle.

So i think that the best solution to this problem is to convert the videos into .MP4 using a free video converter software.

I tried to download some softwares such as:
Any video converter - this software directed me to Download.com and it is a shit because it has unwanted app tagging along with the software so i decided not to download it.

Freemake video converter - is also a shit because like any video converter it has unwanted apps tagging along with it. So no.

In the end i chose Wondershare video converter. It is nice and easy to use and has video editing tools within.

1. Top 10 free video converter
2. Download Wondershare free video converter

<![CDATA[4 Ways to transfer files from pc to pc]]>Fri, 21 Aug 2015 09:55:19 GMThttp://iplaygame.weebly.com/tips--gaming-n-pc/4-ways-to-transfer-files-from-pc-to-pcPicture
By : Simon Slangen

When you buy a new computer – like I did recently – you’ll want to transfer most of your existing files over to the new computer. A lot of people, who spend their time gathering vacation pictures and family videos, will want to make a big move leaving nearly nothing behind. Others, like myself, only keep the essential stuff; some documents they’re still working on and a few application installations they’ll be needing shortly. No matter how much you plan on taking along, you want to do it quickly. Spend the minimal amount of time before you can cut that old hardware loose. There are a number of ways to do this, and we’re taking a look at five of the ways how to transfer files from one computer to another. Depending on what you’re working with, some might be better than others.

Use An External Storage Media

The standard way of backing up data. These days, everyone has a USB stick, or a at least a computer that can burn CDs and DVDs. An even better alternative are external hard drives which you can connect over USB – these often combine crazy speed with incredible storage.

There are three back-up patterns you can follow. Often the easiest way is to create categorical folders to put your files in – movies, pictures, documents, applications, and so on. Back on your new computer, you can easily put these wherever you want to have them.

A duplicate copy requires even less effort, but you’ll be passing up on an excuse to (finally?) categorize your data. Just copy the folders your files are in – Desktop, My Documents, etc. – and you’ll be able to merge them with your new system’s counterparts.

Too lazy to do it manually? You can always use back-up software suites to do the work for you. These are often able to return your file to right location on your new disk, but are especially useful if you plan on doing periodical back-ups (e.g. every two weeks).

Share Over LAN

You can also use your existing home network to transfer your files, given that both of your systems are connected. The speed can vary from ‘incredibly fast’ on a wired network to ‘pretty damn slow’ on a wireless one.

First and foremost, you’ll need to enable the sharing of your hard drive. In Mac OS X, just go to System Preferences -> Sharing, and the rest is pretty obvious. In Windows, the process is quite easy as well. Browse to My Computer -> (right-click) Properties on your hard drive. In the Sharing tab, you’ll need to enable file sharing for the folder. Below is a screenshot of how it looks like on a Windows 7 PC.

Vista and 7 — If your disk isn’t Shared, go to the Network and Sharing Screen and open the ‘Advanced Sharing’ settings. Here you’ll be able to turn on File and Printer Sharing.

Got everything set up? On your new system, you should be able to find the drive shared in ‘Network’. When opening the hard drive, you’ll probably be asked for a password. From there on, you’re free to go. Copy the files and folders as if the network drive is just another folder.
If you don’t have a home network, or don’t feel like using your wireless one, you can directly connect two computers with a crossover ethernet cable. This one looks exactly the same as your everyday internet cable, but has a slightly different wiring. You can buy these for a few bucks in most hardware and computer stores.

Use an EasyTransfer Cable

Windows Easy Transfer is a new application that comes installed in most newer Microsoft Windows operation system. One way to use the program is with an EasyTransfer cable, a special double “male” USB cable.

The cable, that can be bought online and in computer stores, facilitates file transfers between two Windows systems and works great for our purpose. If you don’t mind spending the extra money, this is an option you might want to consider.

Connect the HDD Manually

This is the way I ended up doing it – the geeky way. If you don’t have an external HDD casing, why not make one? By taking out your old hard drive and using the right connections, you’ll quickly have it hooked via USB to your new system. This has a number of advantages – the speed is well enjoyable, you don’t need (much) extra hardware, and you can copy the files straight from point A to B.

All you need are (depending on your hard drive model) a SATA to USB or an IDE to USB adapter. These can be bought separate or together with an external hard drive casing – which is often even cheaper. If you’ve got an external drive of the right type lying around, you can even use the casing from that one, and spare yourself the extra costs.

<![CDATA[How To Open .001 File Extensions]]>Wed, 12 Aug 2015 03:28:20 GMThttp://iplaygame.weebly.com/tips--gaming-n-pc/how-to-open-001-file-extensionsSometimes when you download a game, you realized that the extension name is .001, .002, and so on. Then how do you open it?
Actually it is very easy. You do not need to download other softwares, Winrar (newer version) can do the job for you.
.001 is actually a repack. Although clicking on it will not have the immediate option to extract or not immediately recognized as a repack by winrar, you can still extract it.
When you click on the file, a window pop up will ask you to choose which software to open it or browse online. Choose "open with a software" and choose winrar.
Then after winrar has open it, choose extract.
When you have .001 and so on, always open the .001 only. You do not need to open each one by one and extract them. They are all automatically combined when you open .001.
To test, cut .002 and paste elsewhere. When you open .001 with above method, you will see winrar pops a notification saying that the archive is damaged/corrupted. Cut and paste .002 back and open .001 with winrar using above method. If you dont see any notification then you can be rest assured that you have got the complete files.]]>

<![CDATA[The Sims 4 : + Get To Work + Outdoor + All Dlc Up To April 2015]]>Thu, 23 Apr 2015 01:13:44 GMThttp://iplaygame.weebly.com/tips--gaming-n-pc/the-sims-4-get-to-work-outdoor-all-dlc-up-to-april-2015If you already have the "reloaded" version and wants to install get to work expansion pack, including outdoor, all dlc and newest update:

1. Go to kickass torrent (make sure you go to kickass.to and not kickass.hid.im-fake site)
2. Search The sims 4 get to work
3. Choose "mr dj" version of get to work, outdoor plus dlc and newest update (up to april 2015)
4. Install anywhere BUT the sims 4 install directory. Mr Dj suggests to install in same directory but somehow it made the game crash a lot.
5. Copy all files in the get to work directory you just installed and paste-merge in the sims 4 installation directory.

Your game should work flawlessly.

In case it still crashes a lot:
1. Go to my documents>ea> and copy your saved game. Paste in desktop.
2. COMPLETELY uninstall game. recommend to use iobit uninstaller. If you do not have iobit uninstaller, do it manually by:
- deleting all leftover files in installed folder after uninstall
- deleting all files in my documents>ea>the sims 4
- go to windows>run> type regedit
    search EA
delete all keys in the sims 4
3. Reinstall "reloaded" version of the sims 4
4. Install "mr dj" version of get to work, outdoor, dlc plus update anywhere but the sims 4 installed dir.
5. Copy paste all files in the get to work to the sims 4 installed dir.
6. Copy paste your saved games back on its place in my documents>ea

Tips (win7):
1. Set admin priviledges to full control by right clicking on Ts4.exe and choose properties, in one of the tabs there should be an option where you can tick full control
2. Run ts4.exe as administrator by right clicking and choose run as admin (if you are not already the admin of said pc), i only did no.1 and my game works fine.
3. Some people suggests to try setting xp compatibility by right clicking on ts4.exe, choose properties, compatibility, win xp sp3. Although i assume doing this will make ur pc cannot use all the capabilities of win7 64bit for this game (more than 4gb memory, directx 11,etc) and might cause poorer graphics/performance like running it on winxp pc? (This is my assumption, i am not sure about it), and also i dont understand why we must do this because the sims4 can run in win7, it said so in requirements to run game. And it runs fine in my pc win7 64bit without the compatibility settings.]]>

Solution 1: Install the game in program files(x86).
All the programs here are set to run in 32bit.

Solution 2: Right click game.exe file, go to properties, then choose compatibility mode to run in windows xp service pack 3.

<![CDATA[System Idle CPU Usage]]>Tue, 31 Mar 2015 01:38:08 GMThttp://iplaygame.weebly.com/tips--gaming-n-pc/system-idle-cpu-usageIf you see in your task explorer (ctrl alt del) a process named "system idle" (located at the very bottom) 'hogging' your CPU up to 90percent or more, do not be alarm.

System idle process means just that, the percentage of idle CPU. It is the amount of CPU available for use.

If you are using 30percent of your CPU, then you will see your system idle process as 70percent.

So it is not hogging your CPU, instead it is showing the percentage amount of free CPU available.

<![CDATA[Game Bugs Fix: Dragon Age Inquisition]]>Fri, 16 Jan 2015 02:42:35 GMThttp://iplaygame.weebly.com/tips--gaming-n-pc/game-bugs-fix-dragon-age-inquisition1. Judge Throne Bug
Unable to judge blackwall from the inquisition throne in skyhold. After black long loading screen, no cinematics showed up. Blackwall and Josephine is standing in front of throne with spectators around them like statues. Unable to interact.

Load an earlier save do not continue or ignore, by the time you reach skyhold, RUN to the throne, do not use fast travel.
If you use fast travel, somehow the cinematics will not work, and your game will be badly broken since you cannot judge blackwall and get him back to work for the inquisition.
You might think that you do not need him and leaving him standing there as a statue with all those people is a good idea. But the real problem here is that you cannot judge another case ever as long as blackwall's case is not resolved....-- since he happened to turn into a living statue in front of your beautiful throne

Unable to judge mayor from crestwood

Travel away from skyhold then go back and run to the throne. Do not fast travel to front of undercroft.

2. Cassandra - Unfinished Business
Finding the target in emprise du leon problem. No targets can be found anywhere. Travelling away and back does not work.

Download an earlier save which have not reveal the quest unfinished business surrounding area in emprise du leon's map. Then run there immediately before doing something else/ other quests. The targets should be there standing around, just like the targets in other places.

Note: If you don't see the targets, although cassandra said: "Be careful, these mountains is the perfect spot for an ambush.."
There will be no ambush, the targets will never sprung from behind a bush to attack you. So reload your save.

3. Cullen - After chessplay with Dorian
Stuck to the ground, unable to move at all.Can move mouse, can rotate, but cannot walk at all.

Load earlier save, then immediately replay the scene by interracting cullen to confront said bug. Do not play other quests first.

4.Companions missing from their spots in skyhold
Can see their icon on map, but companions are nowhere to be found.

Exit area by running a bit further away but no need to travel away from skyhold. When you come back the companion should be there.

Except for cassandra after varric invited his 'friend' over.

Cassandra will be nowhere to be found on her usual spot. You will know this event is active from scout hardings. When you talk to her she tells you that she saw seeker cassandra walks pass her with a grimm face.

Enter the smithy building next to cassandra's usual spot (not the requisition officers building)

5. Rogue - elf trained unique armor
After killing the dalish elf leader that guarded the well of sorrow i received an armor for a rogue elf. Tried putting it on Sera but somehow the armor refused to recognize her as an elf!

I haven't found a fix for this one yet. Ended up selling it.

This is a critical bug! Or maybe they should have put dalish elf only on the description. The armor recognizes Solas as an elf but since he is not a rogue, he cannot wear it. But isn't Sera a rogue AND an elf?
Or am i wrong?
Or is Sera a half human half elf? Or a human with sticked on elf ears?
Please enlighten me- somebody!
